OxyPro™ mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy (mHBOT) is a non-medical holistic therapy that may enhance cellular metabolism and the cells’ ability to cleanse and renew themselves. The goal is to increase the oxygen content in cells to repair tissues and recover normal functions of the body.
During treatment inside the OxyPro™ chamber, oxygen levels are increased by 50% (from 21% to 33%), and the pressure is simultaneously increased to 40 kilopascals (1.40 ATA), which corresponds to a depth of about 4 metres under water. It is recommended to use a mask or whiskers to fully benefit from the 93% pure oxygen produced by the O2 enricher.
Under increased pressure, all the cellular matter is under slight compression, which, combined with the increased oxygen content, may support its potential to remove toxins and other unwanted substances.
